Finding this spell was extremely difficult. The book was extremely old and written in entirely in symbolic glyphs, requiring you to translate the entire passage. As you understand it, the spell is of Water, and unless you mistake the intention of the symbols, a person protected by this spell actually reflects the next magical energy cast upon him or her back at the caster. Then again, depending on how you translate the passage, it could be simply a method of generating a normal shield. The spell does require a material component, but which one is not listed.
