Frost Water

FROST (Water)
You find some information about this spell in a relatively new book enumerating magical curses and blessings. The spell is usable only by Water, and covers the target in a long lasting frost, which dulls the mind and slows the reflexes. Curses, the book goes on to say, are distinguished by their durasive ability and the power to resist a curative potion or spell. The only way to remove a curse, it explains, is by divine intervention, although it is possible to counteract a curse with an opposing blessing.
