problem locating an accurate description. The spell is common to all
elements, and involves powerful elemental forces. The spell is not
cast upon a person or an object, but rather an entire place. When
cast, the spell summons the forces of the magic user's element, and
unleashes them in the area. A room so afflicted is deemed to be in a
state of elemental fury, and can wreak considerable damage on any
foolish enough to stray into them.
